I am a former chef and unless you can find a meat supplier that imports it, and you would have to buy a large amount like a whole piece (loin, tenderloin), and it will cost you, there are a number of US farms that are now raising Kobe cattle in the U.S. I know of palces in California and Tennessee.
Check the internet for U.S suppliers, they have some on-line, I know that for sure.
