Can I make ahead and freeze galatobouriko rolls?!

Question: yes you can! just make sure you put them in a container where they wont get crushed. Freeze the raw and then don't defrost them to bake them just put them in your oven frozen! They'll take longer to bake, but they will come out the same!
I do it all of the time, and when I'm expecting company I have a dessert that's quick, cause instead of the syrup you pour over them I just dust them with powder sugar..
