You have had several not so nice answers. I do hope you have some knowledge of Spanish so that you can avoid using them. A common way to name restaurants in Spain is the use of the word "Mesón" which means "Inn". Using your last name, you could opt for "Mesón de la Panadera" or "Mesón (your first name or any)", also, you can try variations on "Casa" = "house" like "La Casa de (your first name or any)". Since Spain's cuisine has a lot of regional variations, if you are focusing on a particular one, you can use the name of one of its dishes, like: La Fabada, La Paella, El Cocido, Casa Chilindrón, etc.
Buena Suerte!!
One thing: Lil baker would be "PANADERITA' in Spanish. Maybe you can start from there.
POCO LOCO. Little Crazy.
El Horizonte, The Horizon... since it is spanish foods.. it may be from many spanish countries, so El Horizonte would be a good name!
No Su Madre's Natcho's
How about Viva la Vera
or
la gran comida
uno backa
Queso
The "k" sound to people is key to success!
Best of Luck,

PS
Not El Queso.... Keep it simple and unique!!
Casa Bonita, Cartman loves it!!!!
Tres Caminos The Three Roads
Cocina espa?ola = Spanish Cuisine
resturant de panaderos de lil = lil bakers resturant
alimento espa?ol = spanish food
Since it's for Spanish cuisine you need to aim at a Spanish name and not Mexican or Latin. How about:
1. Las Tapas
2. El Toro de Espa?a
3. Casa Espa?ola
4. El Turron
5. La Malague?a
6. Costa del Sol
7. San Sebastian
8. Pamplona
9. Alicante Cocina Espa?ola
etc etc etc
Spanish cultural forms always touch on tradition, yet is very forward thinking....
Use that idea as a jumping off point
buen provecho. means sort of, "good appetite."
How about "Casa Baquer" = the house of Baker
Cocina Bella
Name it after your favorite Spanish city or state. Madrid, Alhambra, Barcelona, etc. Gives you a lot of choices. Easy to remember, and definitely sends the message that yours is a Spanish restaurant.
Humm I'd go for something so simple it's edgy, like Ocho or Mesa.
