I didnt know it was called fusion cuisine, but in Mexico we usually make everything mexican style!
for example, burgers selled in the streets have pineapple, jalape?o, lettuce, tomato, bacon, etc, and ive on,y tried those kind of burgers in mexico!
Some of the pizza here has also jalape?o, chorizo, etc.
Hot dogs in mexico are so good, youve got to try them
Mexican-style sushi with tabasco sauce and chicken and all that stuff

Sure- there are so many things labeled fusion cuisine. For example, I love the Sushi Mexican rolls- sushi maki with tomato, shrimp, cilantro and hot pepper.

I love fusion cuisine if it's done well. Roy Yamaguchi is a Hawaiian Japanese chef who is probably one of the best fusion chefs. Check out his website and if there's a restaurant nearby, go eat! It's fresh and delicious!
