All of a sudden he upped and left. His wife gave us their email address and I misplaced it. I didn't know we'd never see them again. We are hoping we will find them again.

Kazama Sushi is no longer in this Upland location. As far as I know, they've moved to Claremont, on Indian Hill Blvd., between 1st and 2nd st., in the Claremont Villiage. I spotted a sign written "coming soon" outside of their new location. As far as the quality of the food, superb is the right word to describe the highly skilled chef Shu and his art like Sushi. I recommend all Sushi lovers to try Shu San's sushi at least once, you will fall in love with it just like I did.
