Assuming the only problem with the dish was that the pasta wasn't cooked enough, you should be OK. Food poisoning is usually caused by improperly prepared meat, dairy or sometime vegetables.
However you should have sent the pasta back if you didn't think it had been cooked well enough.

No! Food poisoning is from meat handled improperly or contaminated. Not from pasta not being cooked all the way!You could have sent it back and given them a chance to fix it so at least you would have enjoyed your meal.
I really don't think under cooked pasta will get you sick. I'm sure you will be just fine. A lot of people prefer it that way, "al dente"
Probably "Al Dente," pasta. You will not become sick from pasta unless it has gone bad.
Let the server know next time - contrary to popular belief, restaurants do not do nasty stuff in the kitchen to customers who send food back.
