Hard choice, it's either Chinese or Mexican, But I like either of them to be authentic, that is, made like they would make it for themselves. My GF is Hispanic, so I get the real mexican stuff from her, But I dont really know any Chinese people, darn it! I do know a good local restaurant that I go to all the time, tho...

I'm Puerto-Rican & Italian so naturally I love Hispanic food as well as Italian food ( best of both worlds =] ).
I also love Chinese Food. So, I guess all three!
For my hispanic dish I prefer arroz amarillo y gandules con pernil. Favorite italian dish is Chicken Parm. And, favorite chinese dish is Shrimp w/ Broccoli & Veggie Fried Rice =)

i have a few friends that be jamican and about 15 years ago i used to have invites for supper or lunch i cant forget the taste of akie , breadfruit , saw fish and dumplins heheehe!!
yes it was years ago but i still have that taste in my mouth when i hear some jamicans in at work even talk of this. // they know i dont eat pork or most animal products as well so i recently had a friend share some of his dumplins with me,, mmmm good stuff!
even though for years now i have not had any breadfruit or ackie I still remember that taste in my mouth and when i hear some folks in at work talkin about bread fruit an dumplins hmmmm it brings me back in time and and remmeber the times i enjoyed at my friends house .
