Where can I find Japanese food?!

Question: I live in England and would really like to find somewhere that sells Japanese food. My supermarket has soba noodles and miso but that's about it - I'd love to find other stuff, including wasabi. Also, are there any Japanese restaurants? (Without having to go to London?)
