Wow! That menu sounds like an Indian wedding meal! Really sweet of you to make all this for your friend! The dishes you have chosen are perfect and complement each other. Good job!

yes

no sag paneer. SOOOO NICE. its cheeeese n spinachhh! luvly. not v spiccy tho

sounds good but would be better if it was all thai. Thai has so mch more flavours an can reali liven up a veggi meal! maybe try that next time.

How many friends you got, can I come?

Sounds very good to me! and has made me very hungry :)
Only thing I don't like particularly is quorn... I think paneer would go better... peas and paneer in fact (almost mattar paneer but in a creamier sauce)

Sounds fab, but my favourite veggie Indian dish which your friends might also enjoy is Mutter Paneer (peas and a sort of cottage cheese,) it's delicious! You can make an easy version using paneer and a jar of Sharwoods Tikka Masala sauce and some peas.
I LOVE gulab jamun!
It's my birthday next week too - I'd love it if someone did all that for me!

I have no idea
but your flagelation to impress these people. concerns me
Why not invite then early and you all cook together..

Sounds like you are opening a restaurant...

This is a feast! You can make saag or palak paneer, just use extra firm tofu instead of paneer. Sounds great, just make sure people dont fill up on all those delicious appetizers!!

Natalie is a lucky gal to have you as a friend! What a wondeful thing to do, my friends could learn a thing or two from you!!

It sounds absolutely fantastic! I love mango kulfi so much, I just had it last week when I went out to an Indian place. I really love it.

The vegetable samosas sound wonderful too... I really like spicy chickpea and rice biryani, I like it to be on the hot side, you didn't mention how spicy some of these dishes are (short of the mixed peppers) - I'd recommend something on the spicier side.

Sounds great but next time if you want to save yourself some hassle try these http://www.natco-online.com/acatalog/Mic...

The veggie ones are great and you can add your own garnishes - honestly, they wont know the difference!

Mango chutney

if they can not find something to eat with that menu then they can munch on some grass out in the yard
