What can i eat oat meal or grits?!

Question: I'd say oatmeal - it has more nutritional value.

Answers: I'd say oatmeal - it has more nutritional value.

You can eat either.

Oatmeal and grits are two completely different foods. Grits taste great with a little butter and salt with bacon and eggs or fried fish. Oatmeal is good with butter and sugar with a slice of toast. Like I said, they don't taste the same at all. You should eat both of them, so you'll know what you like.

Eat whatever tastes better to you. Why do you ask? Are you eating breakfast or lunch?

Well, I suppose that you can eat them both. Just don't eat them both at the same time. People might start to talk.....

Oatmeal is better for you because it lowers your cholesterol. You can have it in milk with vanilla and cinnamon. So good this way!

You have my permission to eat both any time you like in any quantity.

Usually it's grits with something like eggs etc.
Oat meal is often served as a main dish with
sides of flavorings, like brown sugar, raisins,
cinnamon, milk, ketsup (Yep, my cousin ate it
like that, and as a grown up at that!), etc.

Grits is corn meal. Add some bacon if you eat meat. Add raisins and brown sugar if you don't like bacon in your grits.
Or some like it with just a tad of milk and butter. Lots of ways to eat grits. I like them plain with my eggs and the yolk and the grits mix, mmmmm. Ok enough about me. This Q is about you.
:)
EDIT - well, now I'm going to go and eat eggs and toast and etc.... :) thanks for the breakfast break
