Is Fage Greek yogurt healthier than american yogurt? What is better the 2% or 0%? is honey healthy on yogurt?!

Question: Yes Fage yogurt is very healthy for you. The difference is, that in alot of the American yogurts, they add alot of water to it, (which is why American yogurts are so light feeling and the taste is mild) Fage does not add any water to there yogurt, and you will notice the thickness in the cream as you taste it. It has a robust effect in your mouth.
Choose the 0% you will not notice the difference, because there is no water added.
Honey in its raw form is the healthiest thing you will ever put in your body.
You must be hanging out with some Greeks huh? Honey and yogurt is like milk and chocolat. They should never be apart!
Take it from a Greek!

This is a very creamy yogurt - my favorite. I choose the zero fat and it tastes just as good but is much healthier. Avoid sugars, like honey, and use nuts, granola, grape nuts, raisins or other fruits with your yogurt.

Honey goes really well with yoghurt...make sure you check the sugar content of the yoghurt not just how much fat is in it. Some low fat yoghurts have heaps of sugar (or artificial stuff) to make up for the lack of flavour. I love greek yoghurt - thick, creamy and tangy!
