I am searching for a recipe for Pork Carnita's, soaked in milk, then grilled,?!

Question: These were served at Ninfa's in Houston, Texas. They were then served with a Green Sauce (Tomatilla) that was better than fabulous! I have found many Carnita Recipes, but none that start with the pork soaked in milk.

Carnitas are always fried. FRIED. In lard...sorry.

You put milk into the lard, along with orange slices....this keeps the hot fat at a good temp, and makes the meat tender and yummy.
