I am searching for a recipe for Pork Carnita's, soaked in milk, then grilled,?!
Answers: These were served at Ninfa's in Houston, Texas. They were then served with a Green Sauce (Tomatilla) that was better than fabulous! I have found many Carnita Recipes, but none that start with the pork soaked in milk.
I think this one is good

Carnitas are always fried. FRIED. In lard...sorry.
You put milk into the lard, along with orange slices....this keeps the hot fat at a good temp, and makes the meat tender and yummy.
