Sausage taste varies too much.
Though I only eat either one of them only about once a month.

Sausage. It is more versatile, and can be served for breakfast, lunch, sandwiches or dinner.It could be mixed with pasta sauce, sprinkled over pizza, stirred in with beans, chopped with fried rice, stirfried with scrambled eggs, etc.
sausage, it is more filling and is always cooked well done. bacon is never cooked the way I like, so I just gave up!
