What kind of foods are made out of corn/Maize?!

Question: help like daily food

Answers: help like daily food

It depends on where you live. If you're in the USA, about 95% of the food you eat has some component of corn.

Juices/Beverages: usually have citric acid or ascorbic acid from corn.. not to mention many have corn syrup.

Breads often have corn syrup added, or corn starch, or baked with corn meal on the bottom. Baked goods also often contain baking powder which has corn starch in it.

Meats are often treated/washed in corn derived washes to reduce bacteria. (not to mention most are fed a diet high in corn)

Veggies/Fruits: are often coated in a corn derived wax, or washed in corn derived washes. Or both.

Canned goods will most likely contain corn syrup or citric acid from corn... including most condiments.

Almost anything with any added vitamins or nutrients is going to contain some corn. (This includes flours, juices, milks, etc)
