If you are not a Indian ( Indians often eat this) Try Crispy Masala Dosa ( Rice pan cake with potato masala stuffed) this is served with varieties of chutney (spicy).

Once you eat this you will look for it at any Indian Hotels.

LOMO SALTADO (PERUVIAN STIRFRY)

1 lb sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite size pieces
1 small onion, cut into strips
1 large tomato, cut into strips
1 large hot pepper, seeded and cut into strips
salt
pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup dry red wine
2 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Place the cut meat in a bowl or dish, and season it with salt, pepper, a little bit of olive oil, lime juice, and chopped garlic. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Sauté meat over high heat for a few minutes until meat is no longer pink. Lower temperature to medium and add first the onion. Cook, stirring for 1 minute and then stir in the tomatoes and peppers. Cook until the onions are tender.

Add the red wine and the cilantro. Cook for one more minute. Serve with white rice

Have you tried Welsh Rabbit,? its a easy dish, You will need 1 can of Underwood Deviled Ham, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of eagle brand or carnation milk in a can, 1 whole onion, and 1 bag of kraft shreedded sharp cheese, maybe like 10 pieces of toast, First of all, Get a frying pan, or sauce pan, put on burner, Fry onions on butter in bite size pieces, Then on low heat, add your can of mushroom soup and your milk, keep stirring, Then add your deviled ham, stir again keep stirring until mixture turns pink, Then add 1 whole bag of sharp cheese, keep stirring till cheese is melted, always keep on low heat, the mixture should them come to a boil, then turn off the stove, the mixture should become really thick, not like soup, but thick like stew, You then also,add, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1 teaspoon of worchestire sauce, keep stirring ,and stirring, o0k, now, we are done, now put in 2 peices of bread in toaster, and serve the mixture over the toast, Ps. it might look a little sick looking at first, Most people or some just turn their heads, but once when you eat it, you require a taste for it, its the cheese, that brings it out, and the flavoring, you will need about 2 cups of onions

depends on what you find unusual as some people have never tried avocadoes or goat....

the most unusual and odd thing I've heard of eating and doubt I'd ever try it is balut. its a fertilized duck/chicken egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is boiled alive and eaten in the shell. i saw this on TV once, and then I saw this in the local International Market in the city (here in St. Louis) for sale.
