That is Chinese cabbage. Easy to make it. Preheat the pan with oil (2 tablespoons), put garlic until turning yellow and put the clean, cut bok choy, add salt and wala.. ready to eat. Remember the fire have to be big and don't over cook.

Bak choy can be steamed or stir fried. You can add it to tons of different chinese or even asian dishes, like soups. Its very similar to cabbage.

Do you mean bokchoy?? Its a chinese root vegetable, looks like small, stubby celery and you can saute' it with garlic, sesame oil, ginger and soy sauce or put it in soup.
