BEANS AND RICE!

Spanish rice. Take some of the fajita powder mix or whatever you used and flavor the rice with it. Then put cheese on the rice.

Refried beans are good too.
Maybe some nachos and salsa on the side so you have something crunchy to go with the soft fajitas.

Beans, rice, tortillas, tacos, fried plantains, salsa, fresh vegetable salad.

Pico de Gallo (diced fresh onion, tomatos, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice) avocado, rice and beans.
