In Kansas City its Strouds as far as restaurants go...but Peach Tree buffet has excellent chicken...but for the best in Kansas City period...its Rickey _D's...thats me and my grannies recipe...no one else is even close!!!!
In the Seattle and south Seattle area it's Ezell's fried chicken hands down...I do not even like KFC anymore..maybe it's the lack of trans fats or something,, In the south I like Church's fried chicken...yumm...now i'm hungry
