Does anyone know how to make those crunchy noodles that comes with egg drop soup at Chinese restaurants?!

Question: I don't know the name of them.

Answers: I don't know the name of them.

No, they are not actually noodles at all- they are actually wonton wrapper skins deep fried... go to the supermarket produce or ethnic section and pick up the small square wonton wrappers (not egg roll wrappers, they are different), take them home, cut them into strips, and then deep fry in 375 degree oil until crispy brown.

chow mein noodles..........it's easier to just go buy them at the grocery store than it is to make them

it is actually a malaysian chinese cuisine called 'sar hor fun'.here is the site for the recipe..enjoy

They are actually a lo mein noodle that has been deep fried.

They come canned in the ethnic food section
You can not make them unless you have an extruder or a grinder with ?? like a burger blades?? or cookie forms small holes to make the noodles???

then deep fry

go to an asian grocery store and buy egg roll or wonton wrappers. just cut into strips and fry them.
