What did you have for dinner tonight in your country?!

Question: I love to read what others are having for supper, especially in all parts of the world with exciting [or not] food ideas.

Share with us what you had for dinner, and mention where you are at.

I'll start:
I made green chile stew with pork for the family along with a small spinach salad. Kids had chocolate cherry ice cream for dessert but I had herbal tea instead.
Central Missouri, USA.

I live in the UK and I had bubble and squeek, the name we give to frying up the left over vegetables from the sunday roast. Traditionally it is meant to have only potato, cabbage and onions, and the name comes from the sounds it makes in the frying pan. It is really good!! I had it made with potato, onion, carrot, brussle sprouts and sliced green beans. I had some left over beef and a few chocolate decorations that are left over from the christmas tree!! REALLY enjoyed it too!!

I had Pho .. combination crispy noodles.. special beef soup..

Its so yummy and filling, and i have alot left for my lunch and breakfast tomorrow..
