What is the american translation for Goh Sah Dee?!


Question: It's brown, and i suppose considered a type of grass... it's found in dishes like Yuke Jang. um... i think you find it in the water? it's full of protein and healthy.... i just don't know what the american name for it is.

I think it's a kind of fern. I recall going out with my grandma to pick some when i was a kid.

Korean groceries stores should have it, if you cant find it just ask them for go sa ri.
