Do Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurants Serve Non-Seafoods?!

Question: I'd like to go to one of those Japanese places where the chefs do tricks for the guests. But I don't really like seafood. Anyone know if they serve regular meats?

The only seafood most of those places serve is a shrimp appetizer, and shrimp fried rice. Easy enough to avoid.

I haven't seen them trying to do tricks with, say, a salmon filet, mainly because fish tends to become flaky when cooked, and wouldn't stand up very well to being chopped, juggled and flung onto plate. That's mainly why they usually serve beef or chicken.

Yes, go and enjoy they are a blast. I also do not like seafood. I go all the time and all the ones I have been to also serve chicken and beef many different ways.

Hope your a good catch with your mouth :)

Yes, they usually have chicken and filet mignon.
