Did all you Scots get your haggis for Burns night? What's it like? (Haggis that is)?!

Question: I'm not a Scot, but I love Haggis. Especially the ones from the fish shops in Scotland, spicy, covered in batter ...really yummy
Don't ever mock Haggis till you've tasted them.absolutely delicious... slurp

Its sheep's stomach stuffed with all kinds of **** how NICE can it be?

personally i didnt eat it as i dont fancy tryin it. i had swedish meatballs instead. from what i been told it can be slightly spicy, its how it was traditionally made that puts me off it. every1 else in my house had haggis though. and my mum eats it regularly

No! Hehe, I'm Scottish and I HATE haggis! Argh! Yes, I was tortured at school! But I had some tastey macaroni and cheese instead :)

Edit - I don't think many people would eat Proper traditional haggis nowadays ...

I'm not Scottish, but I'll be going shopping for haggis tomorrow.

There's always plenty left the day AFTER Burns Night and you can get them for as little as half price!

Hmmmmm! Maybe I am Scottish after all! LOL

P.S. No neaps for me, though! Hate 'em!

I had veggie haggis and it was great thank you!

Yum, Yum.. I had venison haggis, it had to be the best I've ever had (and I've had) a few! With a little whisky poured over it, served with neeps, tatties and this year some sweet potatoes too. I can't believe someone eats veg haggis! How can you get veg haggis, it's like asking for a vegetarian fillet steak!!! haggis is an animalproduct, just like bacon is! what chazza has had is some sort of veggie oatmealie lookylikey which I bet tasted the same as veg burger, veg sausage etc.. Never ever ever have it!! EVER!!

Haggis basically tastes just like differently spiced black pudding. No, I didn't have it...I prefer our even MORE famous product that is taken in liquid form...:-)
