Ranch Sauce

3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 package dry ranch dressing mix

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.

Summer Ranch Dip Recipe

1 package (4 oz. size) Ranch style dry dressing mix
1 can (10 oz. size) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 container (16 oz. size) sour cream

Combine dressing mix in tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Fold in sour cream and chill.

any mexican resturant that serves (or even has) ranch dressing is not mexican! there is nothing more middle american than ranch dressing!

I agree with the first poster. There is no ranch sauce in Mexican cuisine.

You might, and I mean might, be referencing the cheese sauce that is sometimes served with chips. Sometimes it is melted or too much milk is added and it takes on a dressing-like texture. All it is is melted White American cheese with milk added for texture.

sorry I've never been to a mexican restaurant that serves ranch dressing, anytime I've ever been they serve salsa.

I have never had ranch dip at mexican restaurant!! Hmmm!! try making the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix with plain yogurt and see if that is what you are meaning.

Those that serve the white cheese sauce usually put some green chile in it. Melt the white cheese with milk and green chopped chile. add a bit of garlic, salt, and white pepper.

You can go to one of those specialty markets. Some of them are called farmers market. They sell all the Mexican, African, Asian....foods.
