It's already Italian.

Think of the packages it says:
Linguine
Capelli D'angeli
fettucine
Spaghetti
Macaroni
Fusilli

Its all pasta - the name is the shape.
And the sauce is often called gravy.

Really? Spagetti is a type of pasta (as compared to penne, rigatoni, capallini etc...), which I believe, the word itself is Italian.

no "i"

Spaghetti is an Italian word.....

Spaghetti -- plural
Spaghett -- singular

There is no english word for a single piece of it, just plural

Pastafazoul! Spaghett!

well the actual orgin of the word spaghetti is itlaian is generally italian so the word would actually be the same in its decent word too.

spahgettio

it is in italian
