sometimes mexican=p

They can all be spicy..I think it really depends on the dish.

indian mate defo a foal but there is one stronger than that cant remember what it is called i love spicy food mmmm

I've heard Indian is, but I don't know. Thai is the spiciest I had. Well, I've eaten habaneros too. Are those Mex chow?

They all can be, but the spiciest/hottest food I ever ate was sambal udang (chili prawns) in Nth Sumatra for for me Indonesian

All cuisines have spicey recipes, but ones that contain chile peppers as a major ingredient really pack the heat! In addition to the types of foods you listed, I would also include Cajun. Wikipedia states, "Andhra cuisine is said to be the world's Hottest cuisine, as they use more red chilly in cooking." So, according to the "Wiki", Indian dishes are the spiciest., but my vote is for Mexican. Happy belated International Spicy Food Day!

mexican is spiciest i guess. have tried korean, thai and indian. havent felt so spicy yet!!

I think it really depends on the dish.

So far it is Thai food for me since I've shed a few tears from eating some of their dishes.

I'm with Ross M on this one. Indonesian is the spiciest and hottest I've ever eaten. They have a sauce made from the sambal bean and it's fire. I think it's call sambal bolek or badjak?

In my experience and opinion it's Thai food. But it also does depend on the dish. I've lived in Korea, Mexico, the UK (where they love their Indian food-as did I). But after 4 years in the Far East, I'd have to say that overall, Thai food is the hottest.
