Who loves sushi>I do ,so what are some of your favorite or new ideas on rolls??!

Question: I've been making sushi lately and there are a couple recipes that I've tried that are very good in my opinion...I'm a fan of avocado as you can see.

Green Godess roll - avocado, crab stick, cucumber, green onions, fresh cut cilantro. The roll is then topped with fresh lime zest and/or wasabi mayo. Really good.

Crunchy Salmon roll - salmon fried in sesame oil with panko crumbs, cream cheese, avocado and green onions.

Dragon roll - eel, cooked shrimp, avocado, cucumber. Cover roll with thin eel and avocado slices. Drizzle roll with teriyaki sauce.

I love sushi!

I tried this sushi called the Florida roll (I think) and it was so yummy--it had tempura shrimp, crab, avocado, mango and scallions.

My friend "created" this roll and it was delicious:

sweet fresh crab mixed with the slightest hint of wasabi, and topped with either avocado or crunchy tempura bits and smelt roe.

Personally, I love a good spicy tuna roll.

I LOVE Sushi! Greatest invention EVER!! My favourite is the roll filled with mackerel, red pepper and lettuce. However, you could, in theory put anything inside the rolls. And hey what about sweet sushi? Now that's a new one!! Maybe with some chopped nuts in a little sweet sauce of some kind, or maybe one filled with raisins and apple. That would work perfectly with the sticky rice and the seaweed on the outside. Plus the pieces of ginger they give you when you buy a ready-made pack from Sainsburys or Tesco.

a nice simple one is some tinned tuna, mixed with a little mayo, lemon juice, wasabi and cilantro/corriander
