What is your favourite and least favourite cuisine and why?!

Question: For me favourite is Lebanese- robust flavours with a touch of spice. Greek and Moroccan are good too

Least favourite Japanese - Find wasabi and all types of seaweed (nori, wakami etc) inedible, flavouring to sublte (bland)

I lived in Japan for 2 years and travelled there several times so I've tried more Japanese than the average so my choice is not from lack of exposure

Least favorite french cooking, to rich for me to handel but the crepes I can eat if I make them but its rare.

Favorite has to be almost anything that came from my moms kitchen, Yea I know its not a cuisine but Im not one to follow the rules. I like being the odd one..lol. My mom, always had some new recipe to try and usually it turned out great. Lest til her cinnemon mashed potatoes" yish" her experimenting days kinda ended then thank god I was a senior in high school...lol

i hate american food. its so greasy and lacking of spices. applebees especially makes me sick!

i love thai and indian food because it has a lot of flavor and everything you order is different, but still delicious. and its so different from things americans are used to eating daily, yumm

Love Japanese, Italian, but not Indian or Mexican

Hmmmm...

My favorite cuisine is anything that tastes good. It doesn't have anything to do with ethnicity. I find some Japanese food unpalatable, but I have to say that teriyaki beef is delicious. Not sure where your wasabi came from, but the wasabi i get at my sushi bar cleans my sinuses! It's far from bland, as is the pickled ginger.

American cuisine - especially barbecue, roast turkey, cranberry sauce, the giant chef salad, New England chowder or California Wine Country - is great too. In Paris, I really liked some delicious lamb I had, as well as the crepes. And like you, I LOVE Mediterranean/Middle Eastern: Greek, Israeli, Lebanese, Greek, Moroccan...bring it on! I also love Szechuan and Cantonese Chinese.

I don't think it has anything to do with the ethnicity of the cuisine, just the preparation and our own personal tastes. Stereotyping doesn't work any better in the kitchen for me than it does anywhere else. There are some dim sum things I can't quite do -- fried chickens' feet come to mind -- and cellophane noodles are had to get down, regardless of which Asian cuisine is using them.

That's my two cents' worth.

I love Indian, Thai, Mexican, and Ethiopian. So many great flavors!

I'm not really big on "American" breakfast food. Eggs and pancakes are so heavy and pancake syrup too sugary.

i dont eat any meat or fish which i consider to be undercooked, so that rules out japanese fish sushi and a lot of european food including english.

my fave food - its either thai or west african. cant get enough of those. i also love indian food. i love spicy foods the most

also love turkish food, love the flavours

I love Japanese! Each to their own I guess. My least favourite would have to be westen food. Like mash potato, 2 veg & meat-wheres the love?! Or the fattening stuff from Bakerys (choc eclairs & tarts) or doughnuts, shakes & burgers. I cant help but imagine it clogging up my arteries....

Hard question to answer. I enjoy Chinese, Japanese, Filipino (except Balut), Italian and Tex-Mex.

favourite is Pakistani & Arab food than Chinese and Italian
least favorite is American food
