Does your Mom have a good recipe for Putanesca Sauce for pasta?!
Pasta with Putanesca Sauce:
Coarsely chop:
3 garlic cloves
10 Kalamata olives
6 Green olives, pitted
sautee garlic in olive oil with:
tin of anchovy fillets (cut up with kitchen scissors) Omit if you dislike anchovy or use less.
2 or 3 tablespoons of capers, drained
add, when anchovies are mush:
can of italian crushed tomatoes
stir well
season, to taste, with pepper and dash of oregano
simmer for 10 minutes
ladle sauce onto linguine

Oil and vinegar with anchovy paste. Whip it up and pour over and toss and let it marinate. and Voilla!
