uh well how bout cookies. make two batches, one normal one and one put salt instead of surgar! lol I did it before! eat one of the normal ones then offer the salt ones to some one it will be soo funny!

Puree dog food and put it on a cracker then tell everyone its Paté.

joshua- that meat is not safe for human consumption.

Making something look like a dessert but really being something else is a good idea.
Like mabe a pot pie with sour cream on top... you can garnish it with raspberries to make it look "sweet"

this may take a few times to get it right . scramble some eggs , cook them just past 1/2 way done , pour into heat holding container , wait about 45 min , open , they should start to look slightly green , if not green enough wait a little longer . they are perfectly safe to eat . it's an old trick we used to do on the troops when the NCO's were upset w/each other . they would think something was wrong w/ them + not eat . nothing worse than a bunch of grumpy troops .

put a raw egg white in someones coffee but make sure the coffee isnt to hot and when thy go to drink it it all comes out at once & nearly drowns them
