I like Hopi Fry bread, corn stew with blue corn dumplings and green chili balls. I have also had Sioux Berry soup that was good and different.
My favorite has to be what a cornmeal type of thing with sausage (I use soy sausage as I am Jewish), cheese, peppers and eggs. It was just called Indian dinner but I think it is of Sioux or Mohawk origin (I am not sure which). It was originally served with bear but now is served with sausage.

Split fry bread into thin halves. Caramelize sugar, then add water to it to form a syrup. Layer fry bread, raisins and cheese. Pour syrup over mixture and bake in a 300-degree oven until all syrup is absorbed.
