Answers: Just wondering, they are steamed and and order brings 12.

A lot of items can be broadly classified as Chinese dumplings. You didn't mention what kind of dumplings or what's the filling inside. Below is the rough calorie count & saturated fat content (per dumpling) for some typical steamed Chinese dumplings.

Siew Mai
Calories (kcal) - 200
Sat. Fat (g) - 3.7

Har Gow (prawn dumpling)
Calories - 160
Sat. Fat - 1.8

Xiao Long Bao (Shanghainese pork soup dumpling)
Calories - 230
Sat. Fat - 3.6

Jiao Zi (this particular low calorie count may be due to veggie filling instead of pork)
Calories - 69
Sat. Fat - 1.2

Bak Chang (pyramid-shaped glutinous rice dumpling wrapped with bamboo leaves, with pork, mushroom, dried chestnut)
Calories - 276
Sat. Fat - 3.8

On the internet there are differing calorie counts for many dim sum items, for example some have much lower figures. Certainly different locations will make it differently, but my guess is that a major factor has to do with the location's preference for either lean or slightly fatty meat.

They have 80 calories per serving. With No dip. I think with dip and stuff 100 CALORIES.

IDK but they sure are good. :]
