Can you freeze small cartons of yogurt?!

Answers: If you freeze yogurt, will it taste bad, or the same, after it's thawed out? Has anyone tried this. Also, what about cottage cheese? Will it still taste good after thawed?

I have frozen yogurt, but I am almost certain that the freezing kills the live cultures that are so beneficial. I have never heard of freezing cottage cheese.
If you freeze it, it will not thaw out correctly.
You can freeze yoghurt if you are going to eat it frozen but I agree I dont think it will thaw that well!!
it's not advised it might explode. u can't really freeze dairy besides ice cream
I tried to freeze cartoned yogurt before, and it froze into a carton of ice block (inedible beause it's solid). But I did try freeze gogurt, and it turned out better because you can break it apart in your hand and eat it like those colorful frozen tube thingy.
Cottage cheese will not freeze properly.
