Whats it like working for pf changs as a backwaiter?!

What is a backwaiter? Sorry if I sound dumb, but I just don't know.

I will say this though - ff all the PF Changs I have went to, I would say that it is not a bad job for a water. PF Changs is kind of a more upscale restaurant, and the waiter usually get some pretty good tips. I am sure it would be like any other waiting job, just with better tips and in a nicer restaurant environment.
