Anytime I eat Chinese food, I am full for days!!! But that doesn't stop me from eating some more late ;)
Mostly, I just think that because they consist of mostly soft and easy to digest foods, like chicken, it goes through some systems much faster. My brother, who has a high metabolism, could burn through pounds of chinese food but he would get full on one snickers!
No, but if your metabolism is quick, this will be the case. The high levels of fat and cholesterol in western chinese food means it can keep you full for more than a day!
