Not really!! Most people who answered this question if not all of them have never really had wasabi. Wasabi served with sushi in most places as well as wasabi sold at stores does not really have wasabi in it! It contains horseradish and other ingredients. Real wasabi comes from wasabi root which is very expensive and very hard to come by depending where you live.

Its spicy I can't really explain it but I eat it with sushi. I usually mix it with soysauce to dilute it a bit then dip my sushi in the soysauce mix.

Yes, it tastes like mustard and then in 4 or 5 seconds it fills your head, sort of, and clears your sinuses. What a rush! It;s fun.
Wasabi is what they serve with sushi. It taste a little like horseradish. Sure can clear your sinuses!

yes, it's delish! i love wasabi pastachios!! it has a weird spicyness... kind of like horseradish does.
Wasabi does have a sting, but it tastes aweful to me. If you have had horse radish or some mustards, you will be familiar with the taste. It's sting doesn't stick around for too long, like a pepper would, but the flavor hit hard when you blow out.
