Who make the best fried chickens out there ?!

Question: No KFC or CFC please

Answers: No KFC or CFC please

My buttermilk fried chicken is the best. It is also the healthiest, because I use whole wheat flour and canola oil.

Lil' Chets IMHO, Its sold at convienence stores at least in the Cleveland area, not sure how widely distributed they are.

roscoes chicken n waffles!

frying it yourself is best

=]

my favorites are:

*new york fried chicken
*popeyes
*wendy's (not all but a few of them do sell chicken and it is sooo good....i don't know what battered wendy's cook in but their chicken is crispy, crunchy, and overall very well seasoned)

Popeye's and Harold's Chicken if you are ever in the Chicago area.

I do.........been frying chicken for more than 30 years :)

I don't like fried chicken, I would eat it ones every year.

Someone's grandma!

I do as a matter of fact...
and here is the recipe passed down to me via my Bajan (Barbados) relatives... there is a place in Barbados called Baxter's road where this chicken is served by street vendors...
Chicken joints drumsticks, thighs etc I prefer chicken wings separated in to 2 parts
rub some lime juice into the chicken (skin on). in a large bag mix together half cup of plain flour 1tsp of ground black pepper 1 tablespoon of cornmeal 1tsp salt and 2 tsp of poultry or chicken seasoning...shake bag until thoroughly mixed put chicken in bag shake to coat and deep fry chicken pieces for 10 Min's until cooked through, drain and serve

The best chicken would be Classic's Southern Fried Chicken.

My mom....no restaurant can top that.

Me or my mom both totally different
