  • Yes, and a fork. Twirl the spaghetti up with the fork as you hold it on the spoon.

    Cut it up first.
But that takes all the FUN out of it!!

Chop up as for a very small child. Other than that if you are right handed, fork in that hand, spoon in other and stick fork into pasta, put tines into bowl of spoon and begin to twirl...then use spoon to turn last string of pasta around fork...then put fork into mouth. The spoon method is very good for controlling the back splash that happens when you slurp the noodles in! LOL!

turn the spoon sideways, and use the edge to cut the noodles on the side of your plate or bowl small enough to get on the spoon. Enjoy!

you dont its impossible ive tried to but fork is just so much easier
    messier, but easier

Eat the noodles sideways instead of longways.

Put it in a blender first !!!

''Most restaurants (and hostesses) that feature pasta provide guests with a large spoon as well as the knife and fork. The fork is used to spear a few strands of spaghetti, the tips are placed against the spoon, which is held on its side, in the left hand, and the fork is twirled, wrapping the spaghetti around itself as it turns. If no spoon is provided, the tips of the fork may be rested against the curve of the plate.'' ''The New Emily Post's Etiquette,'' Elizabeth L. Post, 1975 By CRAIG CLAIBORNE

LOL some of you guys have hilarious answers! Cool sense of humour lol..........

    messy, get a fork

You can cut up the spaghetti first using kitchen scissors or the slower way of using the edge of the spoon's bowl(?) to cut. Assuming you have no other tools but only a spoon, I think the only way is to put your mouth to the edge of the plate/bowl and use the spoon to shovel spaghetti in! Or you have to bend your head real low closer to the plate. It looks uncivilised but way neater than trying to lift up spaghetti with the spoon and getting your clothes all splattered with gravy when the spaghetti inevitably falls off.

eat it with fork n spoon
twirl it up in the fork n use the spoon 4 support
if u hav 2 eat it only wid spoon u can carry it on the spoon n hav it
