Thai, Chinese spicy hot hot NIBBLES? ANY recipes welcome...?!

Question: Hi i'm having a night in with my boyfriend on wed nite as we cant be together on valentines day..

I thought i'd cook some thai chinese nibbles like a floor picnic kind of thing as we both love spicy food...im thinking satay, fishcakes, spring rolls...etc etc..


Any ideas on recipes would be highly welcomed...
And also wat kind of drink to have with the feast...

get some plum wine or sapporo beer!

I would say get finger-y foods that are basic. Potstickers, crab rangoons, egg rolls, shrimp toasts, chicken skewers... then get a BUNCH of dipping sauces like sweet and sour, teriyake, peanut sauce, hot sauce, etc. Have fun!
