Answers: PS-any kind of "roll" is not nigiri, so don't say california roll, which is the mcdonalds sushi. It's garbage.

Eel, I love it. Anywhere I go, the sauce is always so nice. It's hard to mess up, especially for it being so expensive. :)
I was skeptical of eating "eel" because I thought it was a disgusting looking fish. Then I thought, all fish look disgusting. And when you look at it cut up and on the rice it looks just like any other slice or filet of fish. I bit soft like flounder though.
I love how it's grilled, so you don't have to worry about the people who cry about raw fish. It was my first sushi I felt adventurous about. I recommend it to everyone, even my mom and sister liked it before I told them what it was!
And if it's not nigiri. Eel and cucumber is ALWAYS on my list, right next to spicy tuna roll.
