What is your favorite Greek dish? I really like gyros.?!

A love a simple Greek buffet of olives, seafood (clams and mussels), green pepper, feta cheese, coarse Greek breads, olive oil, lemons, fresh herbs, fresh fruit.

One tears of a piece of bread, layers toppings of choice, tears another piece, tops with another combo of toppings, etc.

If it is a cold day or night, a bowl of egg-and-lemon soup to complete the meal.
