That baby made friends, bacteria. Time to throw away...

Sorry to say, it HAS to go. Anytime you are unsure about your food, always err on the side of caution! The rule of thumb is 2 hours at room temp is the max. After that, it needs to go.

Better throw it out, Not worth getting sick. Specially the sausage.

You could wait for it to grow penicillin. Then you have antibiotics lol.

if you to make spaghetti refer to the recipe book

I'm VERY paranoid when it comes to food going off and food poisoning etc, but overnight the sausage won't go bad and can be salvaged if it's THOROUGHLY reheated until piping hot.

If the pasta is on the dry side, not soupy or saucy, it would be OK and there's less chance of it spoiling overnight.

Transfer it to a covered pyrex casserole, microwave on high for several minutes until thoroughly piping hot.

it depends on how cold in your house. If your house is hot toss it out or heat it up really really hot again to kill of the bacteria if you are going to eat it again. good luck

the garlic wud spoil n the tomato puree wud spoil it

If you can reheat it to 165F internal temperature for 20 minutes then I would refrigerate it now and reheat when you have dinner tonight. OTHERWISE too it out!! It is NOT worth the chance.

toss it , don't waste more money on the meds for you being sick + missing work too

Toss it...and it hurts me too...one of my favs.
