Due to the great cost in developing the nutritional information for our food, this endeavor has not yet been tackled. Also, because of the food is prepared to order, this may lead to some degree of variation.

Since the egglant is fried (and oh so good), and there is loads of cheese in it, you may not want to know the answer. I suggest that you avoid that answer if you like the dish.....lol.
