Any suggestions on what to order at a Spanish restaurant?!
Answers: Hubby and I are going for an early Valentine's Day dinner (a 'no crayon dinner' is what we call it) and have decided to try a Spanish restaurant we've been eyeing for a few years. Any suggestions on some yummy tapas to try? They are known for their paella, but any suggestions would be helpful there too...
Chile re llano is a great dish. It is a poblano pepper(very mild spice-not hot) stuffed with cheese and your choice of another filling. Sometimes beef, chicken, or even spinach with mushrooms, and wild rice. It is then lightly breaded and fried and covered with a red sauce or mole. Delicious.
Definitely try the paella, definitely!!!!
