What's the French or Italian term for "made right on spot" used in restaurants to describe food cooked on !

Try ala minute

I'm not sure, but it's not mise en place. Mis en place means "everything in its place" and is when you set up all of your ingredients before you start cooking/mixing/whatever.

it's "a la minute".
