Any ideas on a good, Delicious side dish for a dinner?!

Question: Would help to know what good, delicious MAIN dish you're making. Though I am very fond of steamed broccoli with garlic.

Oh, well, steamed broccoli goes very well with chicken al fredo, a nice big veggie salad goes well too, you must have crusty dinner rolls or Italian Bread as well.

If you go to like Safeway or Walmart, they have this chicken rice. It is amazing. I cooked it for my family once and we have started eating it like 3 times a week.

agree with the first comment. otherwise this question and pointless.

Rice and Vegetables.

Hoppin' john. Black eyed peas, rice and some bacon spiked with onions and a little hot sauce.

mango/eggplant salad
shredded mango
roasted eggplant, skin removed after grilling
tomatoes, chopped
onions chopped
"bagoong" salted anchovy paste
mixed it all together, a good side dish to fried fish

U were thinkin chic fett? If u ask me a side dish is jus that a side dish, no meat, not a main course. In Italian cooking chic fett is a main course. U should go w/ a lighter fare like spag or Ling Sicilian, basically oil, butter, garlic noodles w/ a touch of basil and chicken stock. When this is served w/ parmigiano Reggiano it is absolutely delicious.

A nice salade & garlic bread will do. Stuffed mushrooms are a great appetizer or that too, can be served as a side. Bon Apetito

hummus
or a creamy ceasar salad

I love stuffed mushroom with garlic butter and parsley. Try it and you will love it.
