none, they are all nasty.
Here in South Africa, we have Mopani Worms. They are rather large, chubby grubs that are dug out of tree trunks (primarily). Then they are boiled and dried, usually salted as well. They dont look 2 appealing but are extremely high in protein and for some ethnic groups here it is part of their staple diet.
I tried a fried grasshopper cover in lemon and butter. Delicious! Also a caterpillar, but it wasn't as good.
This was in Mexico during summer vacation. My mom caught me taking seconds and freaked out.
My advice: don't take too long eating bugs; it disgusts people.
I had a few fried mealworms when I was holidaying in Thailand. Tasted like fries.
I ate fried crickets too but was too nasty for me.

I don't eat bugs knowingly. But there are a lot of food products such as yogurt and items with red coloring - if they state it as Carmine or Careen - it is actually dried beetles - they are approved by the FDA
