Mustard powder, dill, salt and pepper. I always load up on the dill!

I usually add a tablespoon or two of good olive oil, some thyme, oregano and mint along with the juice of half a lemon and some salt and pepper.

Chives, salt and pepper

The suggestions you've already received are excellent.

I often use it plain as a baked potato topping. Salt and pepper the potato to taste.

I like it with a little lemon juice and just a few drops of honey. I serve a little dollop on the side with asparagus.

Tsaziki (Yogurt dip)
2 1/2 cups yogurt cheese
1 small cucumber, seeded and grated
3 cloves garlic mashed into a pulp
4 sprigs dill finely diced (this is to taste really)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine gently. Don't beat this or you can break down the yogurt cheese.

Chopped fresh herbs, especially dill.

roasted red peppers

If I'm in the mood for something savory, I eat it with chives or very thinly sliced scallions, salt and pepper (chives are much better, but scallions will do).

It's also great with some honey and some berries folded in (if you stuff baked puff pastry shells, you have instant fancy desert)
