Chicken curry recipe Punjabi style ?!

Question: Hi my m8 i used to know was a sikh and would make this curry but it was more like soup it had the meat fall off the bone after cooking plz help and tel me what its called thanks :D

Take any chicken curry recipe, add an extra couple of glasses of water, and simmer for longer to get the meat more tender.
