Never heard of that restaurant but here is a recipe for Spanish rice....
Brown rice in a little oil. When rice is some what a light brown throw in some chopped up onion and saute together. Add two cloves of garlic chopped up and saute that also. Next add half a can of tomato sauce and two cups of water. Stir, then add a little salt, pepper, chicken bouillon and cumin. Stir together and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and put a tight fitting lid on the pan and time for fifteen minutes. After time is up remove from heat and let sit for five and then enjoy.

i'd get a zatarans mix and add to it what u like

asian rice is better.... the taste is different =p

When I make Spanish rice, I use salsa, green pepper, white rice, and crisp crumbled bacon. It's so good.
